Low retail has increased to $36 (from $34) for PC100/64MB. Curious situation: the very low cost supply ($34-39) seems to be drying up but there is growing supply in the next price range of about $39-45.

Trying to decide whether to put in GTCs on my shorts/puts. Are the teens possible?

Analysts Peter Wolff and Mary Brixie said in a research note that the "anti-dumping duties imposed by the Department of Commerce on Taiwanese DRAM companies were much less than expected."

Wolff and Brixie also said the Texas Instruments (TXN: news, msgs) and Hyundai patent dispute settlement disclosed Monday leaves Hyundai "with a less burdensome royalty than was expected."

This is hard news for ALL-American companies with memory of any kind. Makes you wonder what Moto, Atmel and others future looks like? MU is hurt and I feel they have not reached the bottom yet. If the report on 6/18 is more than 30 million I think older investors in the Boise area will get out. They remember MK's stock going to < a penny a share. People were wiped out; many those same type people are looking to MU for retirement. Once a great company --- it is sad they could not get beyond what I call (the boys pissing in the sandbox.)
