Reclamation Management to focus on eBop of the U.K. Reclamation Management Ltd RMLL Shares issued 96,761,627 Jun 7 close $0.095 Mon 7 Jun 99 News Release Ms. Joan Purdy reports The company's new business direction will focus on its relationship with eBop Limited of the United Kingdom. eBop is launching a leading edge community Web site offering unique content and e-commerce services targeted at individuals between the ages of 16 to 24 in the United Kingdom. In accordance with the information circular distributed in preparation for the annual general meeting to be held in Vancouver on June 23, 1999, the company has proposed a new business direction and the name of the company change to eBop Canada Limited subject to the approval of shareholders. Development of the eBop Internet community is moving ahead as planned and remains on target for its prerelease for advertisers on June 10, 1999. ISIS Technology Services of the U.K. and Wavefire Technology Corporation of British Columbia, Canada, have been contracted to develop and implement the community Web site on time and on budget. To date, the company's multinational development team has completed work on the free E-mail and on-line chat services while work on the Web site design, navigation, and content is moving ahead as planned. ISIS will continue to manage the implementation of content moving forward while Wavefire supports back office processing. eBop intends to extend its operations further into Europe this fall to take advantage of the growing demand for Internet services Europe-wide. The company has also completed its due diligence on eBop Limited and has paid the 60,000 pounds sterling to date and the initial payments under the acquisition agreement has occurred with the remaining commitment of 100,000 pounds sterling to be paid during the coming year. eBop Limited has engaged the services of Blackstone Distribution (UK) Limited to provide merchandising services for eBop branded apparel and for additional brand name licensed products, a list of which will be released shortly. As agent for the company, Ford Nicholson is meeting with European institutions and underwriters with a view toward completing the private placement previously announced by the company.
