Oh, goodness me, the wrong maps theory bites the dust! What a surprise. The maps were 1997, not 1992. So they didn't even know what maps they were looking at. So Bill's phone call about why they did it would have been wrong wouldn't it.

You realize this means the Chinese Embassy WAS on the map. With $30bn in funding, they couldn't find the most important building in Belgrade? Which they must have been watching daily. C'mon folks.
