For this time, I am not too much worry about Xilinx as I did
in Mar/Apr. I was told by my friend that USIC has significant
improved the 0.25u yield in late last month. Since most of XLNX's
high end parts are from this fab, I am very optimistic about
XLNX now.

What are you smoking? Chips in broad recovery - there is no reason to expect XLNX not to participate - sequential growth in the toughest quarter.
