20 by now from Etrade. Of course, I sold most of them after
30 days.

Etrade is penalizing flippers. I knew it as I did not get TSCM allocation but got in another account(with a later IOI). Obviously I flipped that one too and now I am in the process of opening another account and cancel these 2

Absolutely not. I've flipped over half of the IPOs I've got here and I just got 100 STRM with a 5:18 time stamp. E*Trade probably just got very few shares here.
