Talk to you in a bit. Jim, just shaking his head, these people that take profits off the table, shame, shame, but as EA said, liquidity, the ability to take advantage on short notice, cash is king.

John, who is creating the buying for this paper? You have forgotten the most important part of the equation. Insiders create the conditions for liquidity so that they can sell because they know the cap value of the property they are promoting is too high. That's why they are selling. Do the same and don't over analyze things. Or, accept your spot in the food chain.
