Raydit, You are not alone (small consolation!). Unfortunately, relying on the honesty and business acumen of people in the 'bizarro world' of small/miniscule cap stocks is a real crapshoot. I too marvelled at how my (mercifully small) investment in a natural resources company (HURI) became a pitifully small investment in a bottled water company, and some spin-off shares of God-knows-what with a CUSIP, and no apparent value. Hey SEC, are you out there????
