I think it's just basically a regular electrical generator, which would have the capabilities he claims IF the coils were 'superconductors' (which have the property of zero, or almost zero, resistance.) And he doesn't claim to have developed a practical superconductor, but refers to them as necessary to his invention. I guess it's patentable because the use of superconductors (which are not included in his patents) makes it different from other generators. It's sort of like if someone invented the car before there were engines and said --- "Here it is! A Horseless Carriage!" All we would need then would be a way to make it work! Great fun, K!
