STRU is no different. One must be cautious with his/her investment no matter what price he/she pays. I have missed many of runs on stocks thinking that they have gotten away from me; later to see them go even higher. STRU is one of the few, I believe even at these levels still has a lot of room for upside. Here are all the filings. Nothing new, but the company did tell me they would be doing some new filings soon. These are all old filings and have no true bearings on what everyone is speculating on what is about to unfold. sec.gov
