Ram;

Are we confused here? A good equity market is the cheapest way to raise capital. Selling paper for money is the only way I know of to get something for almost nothing and there is no debt. For a young company lacking revenues and capital this is really the only practical way to raise money. No one wants to aquire debt and debt service. It destroys profits and hampers development. In addition, it limits what lines of credit that might be available. Therefore, I pointed out that in a low interest rate environment the market should be better hence, a better stock price with less equity needed to be exchanged for capital. Who are your advisors? I think you are confused about what I said. Please reread my post and your prior post to mine.
