SO: At the end of today, my system gave a buy signal. In previous signals of similar type, (extreme oversold and 4 day in a row down) I have found that the next day it would go down 10 to 40 points more before a rebound. This has been a very negative market, for it to get this far, there is a good chance we will have some more selling. The coming bounce will be a shorting opportunity to many. Until it proves to be the bottom I would be very careful to go long. If you made money on the long side today, I would have to say that you have an excellent stock picking ability. Because the stocks in my data base were 98% in the red.

Regards,

Jaime

StockOperator,

From my short-term cycle analysis, I have the first major bounce arriving the 3rd week of JUNE. If you recall I had targeted a short-term top during the first week of MAY and then near MEMORIAL DAY, and that was several months ago. If the 9-month cycle works that arrives
around JULY 8. So I am expecting some sort of a bottom during the 3rd week of JUNE, then a sizeable upswing, then more selling ending around JULY 8, then a big rally towards mid JULY

I have CLASS 1 BUY signals accross the board with the buy-in at todays lows; however I am not expecting a strong bounce but still tradeable for the very nimble.

As you know my analysis is not geared for price targets but geared towards time.
