Clearly it is true.
or
<<The IEEE certifies as legitimate all statements in this press release.>>

What SYMBOL is being sold, can I buy one of these things ?
Could this device power a Webnode ?
Does Mr. Abolafia actually draw like that ?
How does this compare to say, an exclusive export licence for the Sahara ?

Am I the only person who thinks that Mr. Abolafia may be making a joke at the expense of Business Wire. I am wondering if he knows that Business Wire is suing some SI posters for making a similar joke. I wonder if he will get sued as well. On the other hand, the IEEE certifies the release as true, and a he has the patent.

So, in regards to Mr. Abolafia and the IEEE, if they both get sued by Business Wire, should each choose the same lawyer ?

Let me rephrase that, if they each get sued by Business Wire, should both choose the same lawyer ?
