Thanks, Offie, (I think.) This is probably common, as you say, but a little disconcerting inasmuch as I was not aware of it before. I've bought and sold several businesses in the past, however, and some sort of hold back was very common. So I guess we just live with it.

What's the current status here? What is the ticker we use to get a price? As of June 2nd, my broker still shows the original # of shares I had, not reflecting the 1:8 reverse split.
