Agree that is why every stockholder should vote no for reverse split as though management may have good intentions you have a vc firm and other interests involved here that bear watching .I am not pleased with having idanta on the board or their redemption at shareholders expense . I am happy with actel's funding help and view it as endorsement of tech and if they get market acceptance and keep the vc firms out gate may finally see its potential realized.Actel's involvement is a step forward and siemens and possible white knight are still waiting-the story continues, perhaps the tide is turning up again -production revenues are needed though before we know that but actel sees something here and interests is starting in the flash technology to appear.
