CB: Thanks; actually that was a little embarrassing. You see, I used to prepare and file Q's, K's, shareholder reports, press releases, etc. for a little old oil company in Houston, and I did this through the EDGAR phase-in period. I just didn't know what the "SB" was for, but as soon as I figured that out, TPEG's Q was easy to pull off the database. I'm still trying to figure out why it's not cross-referenced on a search for 10Q's--I guess that would be too easy for the government. I skimmed over the Q, and, uh, well, I'm at a loss for words right now... Best regards, DJO
