I think you're full of it, however, if what you say is true then you can bet that I'll be one of many to begin another class action lawsuit against Ancor for being extremely reckless in their dealings, and allowing insider information leak to the public so easily. This is by no means a minor SEC violation. It doesn't make a difference if you're not bound by confidentiality, this would only help prove how reckless Ancor management is.

To everyone else, do you feel comfortable holding a stock where others can get insider info and act on it before you get a chance. Odds are you'll come out a loser every time.

Thank you for clearing my muddled mind. I am very pleased that those 14 million shares can't hit the market for another 6 months. I am extremely pleased to see Wall Street's reaction to the Brocade IPO. The last thing I wanted to see was a flood of those shares hit the market now to start dragging Brocade's share price down. As many have stated the price will probably start cooling off once the IPO fever dies off, but, IMHO the longer Brocade can hang on to its lofty valuation the better it is for Ancor. Go Brocade! <g>
