Larry Brubaker; Your making exactly the same point I made. Anddd therefore? A favorable equity environment should allow for higher share prices and thereforeee- lower financing costs. This started out with my making the point that there were indicators showing a lower interest rate picture going out 6 mos. Lower interest rates lead to a better equity environment, rightttt??? I thought, that the possiblity of a lower interest rate enviroment would encourage this crowd but I have to keep repeating myself and clarifying every word. This is not my forecast nor is it the word of god. It is the speculations of a respected statistical analyst. Give me a break, O.K.? PHOTOMAN
