Are you saying this in general(including Intel) or just for
AMD ?

In general. Between AMD and Intel, there is too much capacity coming on line, due both to shrinks and to new fabs.

Consider that the Celeron is about to go from 150mm2 to 80mm2. AMD is building a new "megafab" in Dresden. It adds up to a massive increase in production.
