Finally, I got an explanation: the CEO was in China and will be back tomorrow...

Nevertheless, the IR person, Randy, isn't very responsive when it comes to returning calls, but confirmed that there is no SEC enquiry into the Company. I am going to keep following it closely, as their business model in China has every chance of being successful and very profitable.
