has anyone thought about how the toys r us ruling today may affect the msft case?? toy r us was also hit w/ monopolistic pricing practices by 11 states and today agreed to a $37M settlement. toy r us is to donate $27M in toys and pay $10M.

i know the msft case is on a much larger scale but i'm sure msft would lick their chops if they could reach a settlement similar to this, say somewhere in the neighborhood of $100M.

remember folks, it's never too late to buy msft!!

the cost alone of porting all the thousands of applications and databases would be prohibitive....
