I think that Mr. P$nk != Herb Greenberg.

Herb Greenberg states that (as a condition of his employment) he does not buy or short stocks.

Mr. P$nk shorts stocks.

I am willing to take each of them at their word.

Therefore I believe that they are not the same person. However it would not surprise me at all if Mr. P$nk communicates some of his ideas to Herb. As a matter of fact, I would be disappointed if He didn't.
