yes yes yes. How many secondaries can one have?

I doubt they will offer the thirdary until after next quarters earnings. Who is going to pay $59 for the stock right now when it's trading in the mid $30s. They need something to get that price back up close.

Heck, at $35, I might just get a little for trading.
