News this gives the company a platform to distribute there content to the masses now all we need is the name change today and to pull in all the paper and this baby should be all cleaned up!

I don't know much about this eSat company but from first glance, I don't know if I like it. It really depends on the price TPEG pays. The 52 week range is .75 to 23.50. It is now trading at 11 7/8. It looks to me like this is a volatile internet stock who had its run. TPEG would be better off waiting for this thing to drop more. I may be wrong but it looks like there is a possibility of us getting hammered here.
