No Bluechip, I haven't talked with GLE and asked them specifically about the Delphi deal. I think the point that I was considering was not "was there a deal there", but "how big a deal is it". If it was not as big as the market was hoping/expecting, then GlE would drop on disappointment. I suppose I could argue things both ways as to staying in GLE or getting out. There's supportable arguments on both sides. The one I chose was strictly based on my own tolerances. As always, I've been wrong before! :) Kevin
