Common shares....

"The purchase price shall be determined through good faith negotiations between the parties and it is currently anticipated that it shall be payable in shares of common stock of TPEG."

What is the current float on TPEG? It would seem that, until we know a purchase price and the exact method of payment for the purchase, there is a strong potential of diluting the commons. Also, could this be setting an example for future purchases (paying in commons)?

Please don't get me wrong....I like TPEG, and would like to buy back in (sold in the last push)....I am merely a novice investor trying to learn....
Thanks in advance.
Wes
