It is only interesting in so much as you believe the present management's behavior is going to differ considerably from that of Brucie's. I hope that is the case. But we have learned that the urge to line one's pockets while in office is pretty great.

If CIST management wants to prove their intentions, I suggest each officer and each director fork over $10,000 of real after-tax dollars and pay market value for CIST stock tomorrow. Then I might have some faith in them.

The thought Brucie making as much money as he did by simply leaving a job that he was bad at makes me want to throw up. Brucie had years to make CIST worth something and never did.

Remember, we paid for our shares. I'm a little ticked off.

(all of course IMO)

Good point, Rudy. ONLY the future is important.

The fact that the Board has not appointed an operating officer may suggest that they intend to liquidate, rather than operate the company. Perhaps Pasteur will pay cash for Ciston's interest in the vaccine adjuvant program, or perhaps issue contingent warrants to shareholders, as Skye did for Depotech holders. It is also possible to sell other interests in IL1B, particularly in cancer treatment, as Rick used to point out.

For this, they only need a Board and CEO, which is what they have.
