Graham,
I don't how BT is going to fight deregulation of the local loops. I think that battle is lost and market forces will take over. I am not familiar with how well ISDN has been deployed in the UK and how much revenue it represents for BT. For the longest time, the companies here in the states just couldn't decide whether they want to be in that business and didn't know how to market ISDN once they got in, and it's too little too late now. I sure hope they get their act together on ADSL. So far, I have not been impressed, except for Sprint.
