Oh No !!!!!

The ex CEO and 10 John Does are named in an injunctive relief action by Fnet. This not made public, until an SEC filing. That filing only mentions a nameless terminated employee and on April 16, the company states James Magruder has left to pursue other interests.

Why did franklin say he has left to pursue other interests, instead of mentioning the court action ???
Who are those 10 John Does ??
What injunctive relief is Fnet seeking ????
Want more questions ???

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

The problem here is you do not want to hear anything negative period, it is against Ftel law to post negative comments.

Luv the new press release today.
