Franklin Telecom Tempest DVGs to Span the Globe
IP Telephony Network Encompasses Five Continents
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 1999--Franklin Telecom (AMEX:FCM - news) Wednesday announced that it has received the initial releases and payment for an IP Telephony network that will be located in California, Brazil, Ivory Coast in Africa, Lebanon, Azerbaijan and China.

This is a first-time Franklin customer.

The ''Home'' node will be in Franklin's Westlake Village headquarters. Build-out on the remaining five locations will be done sequentially, with the first installation (in Brazil) scheduled for June 1999.

Ronald G. Weaver Sr., vice president of worldwide sales for Franklin Telecom & FNet Corp, commented: ''To say I am pleased is putting it mildly. My vision for 1999 and beyond is to continue at this pace and deploy as many gateways as possible until we have the largest IP telephony network in the world.

''The world is shrinking ... and Franklin is dedicated to being a leading contributor to the revolution currently underway in how businesses communicate.''

IGHS continues to climb. Short position is getting squeezed, even more pressure with yesterday's news of warrants granted to current shareholders. Naked shorts have to cover in order to be able to deliver warrants (they cannot be bought or transferred). Expecting even more news soon.

Making a GoProfit

Another company gearing up for an e-commerce explosion is GoProfit.com, the online
subsidiary of Tempe financial research firm Diamond Equities.

The company recently signed an agreement with Frontier Communication's Internet operation
to prepare for future increases in audience size and faster connections to the Internet. With the
increased capacity in place, Goprofit.com can offer audio and video tools for financial
research.

"The Internet is not something you read, it's something you do," said David Holifield,
GoProfit.com's senior vice president for creative and technical development.

Frontier subsidiary GlobalCenter already boasts some of the best-known financial information
sites among its customers, including Yahoo!, Quote.com, News Alert, Biztravel.com and
MiningCo.com.
