Skip, Between day/short term traders and some who are just taking some profit all the table, the last few days action is normal and very healthy. Each day with high volume and a gradual increase in price we see a higher and higher float base. With all this accumulation going on, all we need is a press release that discusses where the revenues and earnings are coming and going to come from. Once NPEC releases this information, we can see a double or triple from these prices almost overnight. Ken
