Short term you may be fine looking for a spot to cover your short. Day to day moves are anyone's guess. However, long term you should be long. Filings indicate Antonio Sanchez is now over the 10% ownership level with 1/3 of that amount, or almost 500,000 shares, purchased in the last few months. This includes recent purchases up to 39 and change. Paying up that much makes me think the DSS system is much further along than shorts believe.

Although insiders may be wrong sometimes, research shows insiders know more about their company than anyone else. Sanchez, as a Director, is much closer than day traders. You'll learn more in the days that follow and their beta sites come on line in June. Not trying to scare you out of your short trading position, but IMO you may want to consider a long position before the details of the Digital Signature System are disclosed to the public.
