Richard, When I spoke to Dale yesterday he told me the 30 million is a very firm offer and that they don't need to prove anything else for this 30 million , and I have always found Dale to be honest with me so I believe as you do that the 30 million is coming the first of July. The problem is most of the share holders need to see this in writing from Maxam. I know they at Maxam are busy getting ready to start building a mine and that is very good for all of us but when there is a misunderstanding of what is said I think that needs to be corrected ASAP.
