I didn't tender this stock. If I recall in other tenders, your stock isn't removed until you're paid but is marked in some way so you cannot sell it.

As I mentioned, I sold my VLSI stock but kept my VLSI leaps. I'm still holding them. Had I not sold my VLSI stock I might not have tendered it.

One thing I've noticed is that the market doesn't seem convinced that this tender is happening at the end of this month, because the stock price is still 20-5/8 to 20-11/16. With less than a week of trading remaining, I'd expect it to be where it was before they extended the deadline: 20-7/8.
