U1, I think the problem is that although the $7/share purchase of the 400k PP was made public at the AGM, it was not mentioned in the NR of 21-May-1999. I can only speculate that the NR was prepared before the "beans were spilled" at the AGM. The stock, unfortunately, is seeing a little spillover of the tech sell-off from the past few days in the U.S., as well as some profit-taking (don't forget this stock was less than $2 only a few short weeks ago).
