<Nice drop today.>

Yeah it was. Unfortunately it may take some time to get back over 12 1/2 since that had been previously holding as support.

It's really surprising how little volume it took. Along with the positive futures MRVC started today really nicely, getting almost immediately to 12 3/4. Then when the overall market turned negative, MRVC bulls(and MMs) almost instantly lost their nerve having so magnificently held it the past two days; I believe it took only 3 trades totaling 1300 shares to get from 12 1/2 to 12 1/4. Now, with other tech stocks back up for the day, MRVC is hovering between 12 1/16 - 1/8. And it doesn't look to move back up without substantive news.

Sector:

The fundamentals haven't changed. IMO Noam presentations this week are an effort to mend fences from last August. He is in a position where he has good news and visability going forward (even though 2nd quarter with R&D is still a negative with the streets short term outlook).

Investors also have to factor in the China noise and the growing adverse public opinion (probably what has shaken out a few investors over the past two days). A plus here is NBASE is Israel not US.

Have you seen any confirmation of NBASE hooking up with the Chinese president's son? There was an article in the globes in late April / early May but I haven't seen any confirmation.
