will mean that I pay at least $50 per case for this beer. If I tried to buy it in the States, it would cost me $100 Carramba! You must really like this beer. The beer import tax would apply only to your State and I believe it varies from State to State. I live in a border town....and there is heavy duty tax on beer/wine/liquor if we bring it in from Canada with our regular "shopping". It is charged by the ounce. This is different though. Wow...what a learning experience. I hope you will keep us posted. Here's a thought for Glenn and the gang. Maybe there could be a link on the site for import rules for various specialty items. Food and Liquor would fall into that category....but why anyone would want to import Haggis is beyond me. LOL Cheers, Helene
