Volume is now relatively very quiet. Most of us left in the stock are the holders; the scared, weak, or non gambler types have already gotten out. Only game now is the MM's; they know one of two things are going to happen, just as we do. They know it will jump up big time if the news is positive, and have to be prepared. They're out to pick up as many cheap shares as they can shake out...

And the wait continues.....

Wouldn't you give a PR stating that financing is in place and the appropriate parties will be paid. The title will be transferred then.

A short PR stating such things are in the works would help settle people. Real Companies would at least do that. There are announcements all the time that Company A is buying Company B before it is finalized. (i.e. AT & T and MediaOne)

I think these guys coming close to shooting themselves in the foot.

If I was Brent, Jim, any outside finance firm. I would be excited to give some good news. It can't hurt anything. The MM are playing games. If Gould can foreclose on June 1st, MPTV should release a PR before June 1st hits. It will only help. (But, it doesn't seem that this business is worried about what their stockholders think. If this company takes off, the stockholders will get back at the guys. Possibly by voting out the top guys.)

What goes around, comes around.
