By logical extension, if the elected powers-that-be don't like the oppositionists' vote, kill or bomb or invade them? It has been done in Communist countries for almost this entire century. At least, in Nazi Germany the masses did not have to vote between 1933-1945. 2) As for Sarajevo bombing, the only difference between Milosevic on one hand and, Tudjman and Izabegovich on the other is that the last two are "our" bastards while Slobo is his own bastard.
