Those 66+ satellites are expensive, which is different than valuable.

Their only value now is the present value of the cash flow that can be produced by operating them before they die. What that number is, and if it's even non-negative, is still an open question.

Those sats are valuable to the new owners of the Iridium equity, the new debt structure and Motorola. They need to milk the system for any revs they can get before the whole constellation starts to erode. You should study and understand the nature, capacity and limitations of these sats and the array before you make assumptions. I think you are wrong. Nobody will want or pay for these birds.

Where is that Dragon guy to tell me how full of it I am. I have done little heckling as to the demise of the equity. I feel bad for those who owned either bonds or stock. Motorola has written off their equity as worthless. Too bad superior know it alls like you know who kept people in this until the near end. I knew he would. It is unfortunate. Hopefully people can make their money back in Globalstar, but I would not buy it here. There will be more pain, then a great opportunity. People think I am wrong about that too. Time will tell.
