Your suscpicions are correct on the overhang there Buckey. Last Dec YRI closed a financing of over 4,000,000 shares at $1.00 and special warrants excercizable at 1.30. Since then the price has been lower than a $1.00 so there will be some pretty big selling kicking in anywhere in the $1.00 range. If it gets above the $1.30 we will have the 2,000,000 purchase warrants to eat. This one will be needing more and better news to get above this range. The easy money here was made by the "fuddles" of this world who accumulated it before the run.(I am not one of those "fuddles") Here is what I have to day about that...fuddle! 192.139.81.46 Ray
