Dear Shareholders: (This is an email I just received.) I have just been informed by the Company that the closing on Fatburger has been delayed until Friday or Tuesday. I have been assured by the Company that the closing will definitely take place no later than Tuesday. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but feel that you deserve to be informed.
