Carl, I think some investors were holding back to see if NNCI could clear the hurdle of getting Registar status. All things seem to be pointing for some good performance both short & long term, The move to NASDAQ will only add to this. Frank

9th consecutive record quarter.... While the 1st quarter press release doesn't mention it using their posted 12/31/98 sales number of $519,283, the current quarter is about 30% higher. Quite a growth rate! Hopefully the $4.00 mark will now be the lower price limit and Nasdaq Small Cap will be an attainable goal before the end of the next quarter. I believe the run-up last week was due to the anticipated 1st Qtr favorable sales growth. Todays close at Friday's level was nice to see. I had concluded from last weeks action that a price decline on profit taking would have occurred today. Today's price action has got to be a positive sign. Carl
