Shorts aren't the only reason PTEK doesn't move. It's float is huge so it needs a LOT of volume to drive it. Something to consider..

Been there done that, picked up a little more PTEK on the dip Today. Any TA people out there, somone said PTEK formed a hammer Today. Could someone explain the implications of a hammer, thanks in advance.
