I've discussed the AIM system many times on this thread, but let me tell you in brief that it's a method of managing long term volatile stock investments. It's based on a contrarian view. You keep some cash in reserve, and if the stock goes up you're selling small amounts of your shares as it goes up, adding to that reserve which is dedicated to the stock. When the stock goes down, you buy small amounts of additional shares, using the money in the cash reserve.

Pixar has been trading within my trading range for a long time, so I haven't had any AIM-directed buys or sells for a long time.
