drew.... to me 10/28/97 and 10/9/98 were a bit more disconcerting...and if you bought dell on the 22 point gap down, you would own it at 21...not a bad return in seven months...will history repeat....i think so...even the ignorant who visit, if they were able to accept an intellectual challenge, can't point out a historic down trend in the equity markets....never been an issue with fundamentals that is lower now than it was two years ago.... ed a. p.s....intc is extremely attractive at these levels...if you are a dell believer...why not own intc...without them..mikey back to the trunk of his bimmer....
