1. We're expecting more assays from the the last couple of hole they drilled. 2. The Chilean courts were supposed to review some side issue of the Dayton case last month, but the main issues are coming up in June or July. This whole Dayton thing is now in the Medinah Gold shares, not the MDHM shares. 3. The only thing I've heard on the Catan Vein is that they are stockpiling the ore. Again, the Catan is now in the Medinah Gold shares.

Question: "1. are there any drilled holes for which results have not yet been released" Answer: Yes. Assays for hole #2 at Los Dos Marias and Hole #7 at Lipangue are finished but are being held for reasons unknown. Question: "2. did chilean supreme court hear dayton case? If so, when is a decision expected. No one seems to care anymore, yet we spent an extraordinary amount of time on this issue in the past..." Answer: Apparantly not. Nobody that I have spoken with knows the answer. It's importance no longer is signficant/immediate as the cases were rolled into Medinah Gold which is not tradeable for several months. Question: "3. did house succeed in arranging production for catan vein stockpile" Answer: No-he didn't have time for it. I believe, however, that mining and removal of ore continues at the Catan. AC Howe has completed a resource estimate of the Catan-the results of which have yet to be released. A variety of events have occurred concerning properties that have been rolled into Medinah Gold-none of which Medinah has reported to us on as of yet.
