All shareholders of record received their proxies on time as required by law. Those who got theirs late were not of record. Doug wanted to provide everyone with a proxy though. Clearly many did not. Look back in the messages. DOUG engineered it so he could put his wife on the board without discussion. Geez, try thinking for a change. He paid $6k to track non record shareholders. The company that was handling this transaction dropped the ball. As I mentioned in an earlier post. 6K or 60K, he didn't need any money, just planning.
