Pure guess.... $8 million for R&D per year, next 24 months and $4 million worth of shares. Ticks me off that we get no guidance with respect to the share price that Lilly is paying. Lilly didn't own any shares of SIBI. Now they will, together with Novartis, Skandigen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, BVF and others.
