Mr. Stager,

You seem to be a brilliant man with alot of time on your hands. Why don't you start a company of your own and spend all of your GREAT energy making your own deal work, instead of being a miserable person on SI

Hey Marc, If you are concerned about how the company runs it website
and or company, perhaps you should post a note to those whom might care as to your insight..I for one question your reasons for posting on this board. It appears to me to be another in your continuous postings which dump on stocks! This activity is one you seem to make a habit of. Are you shorting this stock? What are your motives?

I might suggest that you take your own advice:

It would be easy for someone to c/p that column to SI or RB,
but the MDMI site is where it belongs.)
Send your insightful managerial comments to the company.

Regards

Jeff

Regarding your comment that Mr. V correspond on a regular basis on this thread, I understand the need for communication, but I've been in IR/PR for 15 years now for a major firm, and our best advice to clients is never under any circumstances should they correspond on the stock chat lines. It is not the place to relay messages to stockholders. I do believe the last time Mr. V posted here, you ripped him a new one because his grammar wasn't up to par. A CEO's words will impress (and not impress) shareholders. A note casually written by a CEO or a representative on a channel such as SI can bring horrid repercussions -- I have samples from clients that have done it to prove it. A website is where any and all information and communication from the company should be -- and you're certainly right about that it should be updated. This is essential.

I don't post here often because I see this stock exactly for what it is -- a PENNY stock that may have potential down the road. But I don't have a lot tied into it. I'm not sure why anyone would have a lot tied into it or any penny stock. I check it now and then. You do seem to expend a lot of time dissecting MDMI and I wonder why you have so much tied up in this penny stock. But then again, I really don't care. You seem to be an honest person to me. But I've been wrong once or twice in my life.

Ciao,
Jo.
