It seems to me that EGRP readily admits that they have customer service problems due to the incredible pace of growth. They also seem to have plans to improve this area.

Unfortunately, their plans for growth are outpacing their plans for improved customer service. You're right that in the long run this could hurt them, if there's no change. I don't think this will be the case, however.

I believe that their goal right now is to rapidly move closer to the #1 position in the online broker arena. They could, instead, concentrate on improving customer service at the expense of pulling in new accounts (that's the only way that customer service supply can start catching up to customer service demand.)

DD--Let me ask you two questions, to which I really would appreciate hearing your answer: 1) if this thread is for discussing customer satisfaction, then perhaps you could share with us what the other thread is for??

2) If "E-Trash," as you so ingeniously call it, is so truly awful, then what the hell are you doing staying a customer?

Those of us who are interested in discussing EGRP the stock are all very •painfully• aware of your gallant efforts to let us know about the short-comings of E*Trade the service. We do appreciate your multiple bitter postings, but wonder what we've done to deserve to be the recipient of so much of your beneficence, and hope that you're giving the folks at the AMTD, JBOH, SCH threads an equal chance to enjoy your sparkling good cheer.
